Key Initiatives #4
Strong Collaborative Network:
We have cultivated robust partnerships with various entities, including SAPS, Community Policing Forums (CPFs), Farmers' unions, Private Nature Reserves, SANPARKS, Gameways anti-poaching, mining companies, and other stakeholders deeply invested in the safety and well-being of our rhinos, wildlife, and community.
Tangible Results and Recognition
Our collaborative efforts have yielded tangible results, with SAPS Hoopdal and Bulgerivier receiving awards for the lowest crime rates in the cluster for three consecutive years. Captain Modise attributes this decline directly to the impactful involvement of Matlabas Plaaswag in our shared mission to ensure the safety and security of our region.
